The reservation system is unreliable!!! The room sizes feel cramped for multiple adults. The washroom needs serious attention to avoid flooding issues and odors lingering long after cleaning!!!

i really enjoyed my weekend strolls from the hotel, as it is just a short walk to iconic sites like the green dome and the serene jannatul baqi, making it easy to soak in the beauty of medina's heritage and parks during my stay.
